Trap one:Counterfeit chips,low-end chips.

LED manufacturers try to develop copper alloys,gold-clad silver alloy wires,and silver alloy wires instead of expensive gold wires.Although these alternatives outperform the gold wire in certain characteristics,they are far less stable in terms of chemical stability.For example,silver and gold-clad silver alloy wires are susceptible to sulfur/chlorine/brominated corrosion,and copper wires are easily oxidized and cured.For packaging silicone that are similar to absorbent breathable sponges,these alternatives make the bond wire more susceptible to chemical attack,

First,the testing report must be designated by the semiconductor alliance.Such as Beijing Electric Light Source Quality Supervision and Inspection Center,Shanghai Electric Light Source Quality Supervision and Inspection,and semiconductor thirteen etc,the light decay from these company has a reliability,the street light power is high and produced high heat.Through light decay to see two problems:the light decay qualified and driver passed.If the street light can’t pass in the lab,installed in the road,how can to ensure the light quality?

2.The street light configuration
